Skillet Ravioli Lasagna

Ingredients:
- 200g of fresh spinach ravioli
- 100g of marinara sauce
- 50g of ricotta cheese
- 50g of mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 10g of grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp of olive oil
- 1 clove of garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh basil leaves for garnish
Kitchen Tools Needed:
- Skillet
- Spatula
- Measuring cups

Instructions:
- Heat the skillet over medium heat and add olive oil.
- Sauté the minced garlic until fragrant, being careful not to burn it.
- Add the fresh spinach ravioli to the skillet and cook for 2 minutes, until slightly golden.
- Pour the marinara sauce over the ravioli and gently stir to combine.
- Dollop the ricotta cheese on the ravioli and sprinkle with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
- Cover the skillet with a lid and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes or until the cheese melts and bubbly.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste and garnish with fresh basil leaves before serving.
