 Skillet Ravioli Lasagna

Ingredients:

  • 200g of fresh spinach ravioli
  • 100g of marinara sauce
  • 50g of ricotta cheese
  • 50g of mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 10g of grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp of olive oil
  • 1 clove of garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil leaves for garnish

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Skillet
  • Spatula
  • Measuring cups
  • Knife

Instructions:

  • Heat the skillet over medium heat and add olive oil.
  • Sauté the minced garlic until fragrant, being careful not to burn it.
  • Add the fresh spinach ravioli to the skillet and cook for 2 minutes, until slightly golden.
  • Pour the marinara sauce over the ravioli and gently stir to combine.
  • Dollop the ricotta cheese on the ravioli and sprinkle with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
  • Cover the skillet with a lid and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes or until the cheese melts       and bubbly.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste and garnish with fresh basil leaves before serving.
